Driving Directions: From 500 West in Provo, go toward Utah Valley Regional Medical Center. Intermountain Vein Center is located east of the hospital on the third floor of the Medical Office Plaza in Suite 308. Parking is available south of the medical office plaza off of 300 West.

Insurance will cover most procedures we offer. If there is a question about coverage, our staff will determine if your insurance will approve the expenses. If your insurance does not cover a procedure, payment options can be arranged to meet your individual needs. We accept all major insurance including:
